What you need to rent a car in Belgrade
A short list of everything you need to rent a car with us, from documents to payment. Simple, and no deposit.
Documents
You need an ID card or passport and a valid driving licence. For an ID card you send both sides; for a passport only the page with your details.
You send photos of the documents with your booking request, straight from your phone. We check them before we confirm, so there is no waiting at pick-up.
Booking
On the home page you pick the pick-up and return date and time, and you see only the cars that are free, with the exact price for the whole period.
Sending a request does not reserve the car yet: we message you on WhatsApp, confirm the booking, and then the car is yours.
Payment
You don't leave a deposit and nothing is blocked on your card in advance. You pay for the rental when you pick up the car, in cash or by card.
The daily price depends on the length of the rental, and every started day (24 hours) counts as a rental day. The full price list is on the Prices page.
Pick-up and contract
Pick up the car at our office in New Belgrade, or we bring it to your address or the airport. You sign the rental contract in person, on paper, at pick-up.
If someone else will drive, register the additional driver before the rental starts: they go into the contract and must hold a valid driving licence.
Return
The car is returned to our office at Bulevar Arsenija Čarnojevića 95. If you need it longer, let us know in advance and we extend the rental. All the rules are on the Rental terms page.
