Rental terms
The basics before you book a car with us. For anything not listed here, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
Documents
An ID card or passport and a valid driving licence. You send photos of them with the booking request; we check them before confirming.
Booking
Sending a request does not reserve the car. The car is yours once we confirm the booking on WhatsApp.
Payment and deposit
No deposit. You pay for the rental at pick-up, in cash or by card.
Price and days
The daily price depends on the length of the rental (1–3, 4–9, 10–29 and 30+ days). Every started day (24 hours) counts as a rental day, including a late return.
Pick-up and return
Pick up the car at our office (Bulevar Arsenija Čarnojevića 95, Novi Beograd) or we deliver it to your address or the airport; the delivery price is agreed when we confirm. The car is always returned to our office.
Contract
The rental contract is signed in person, on paper, when you pick up the car.
Additional driver and extension
An additional driver must be registered before the rental starts, be in the contract and hold a valid licence. To extend the rental, let us know in advance and we check availability.
Personal data
Document photos are stored encrypted, only the owner can see them, and they are deleted after the rental.
